Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains cancellations and refunds for JobKick subscriptions (edgar, SyncUp, Timely, and the Suite). It's part of our Terms of Service.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel from your account/billing portal at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't auto-refund unused time on a monthly plan.

Monthly plans

Monthly charges are generally non-refundable once the period has started, since you retain access for that month. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Annual plans — 14-day money-back

If you buy an annual plan and change your mind, email us within 14 days of the charge for a full refund, minus any edgar Cloud usage already consumed. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you keep access through the end of your paid year.

edgar Cloud usage

edgar Cloud frontier/credit usage that has already been consumed is not refundable, because we incur third-party costs for it in real time. Unused allowance does not roll over or convert to cash.

Complimentary & Partner access

Complimentary or Partner access is free and therefore has nothing to refund. It may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with your request and the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable law (for example, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers, subject to the rules on digital content you've started using). Those rights still apply where required.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we'll usually sort it out faster than a bank dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
